With lockout still active in Major League Baseball, players have found different ways to spend their quality time. Recently, former Astros teammates Carlos Correa and Jose Altuve teamed up and surprised a fan with their beautiful gesture.
Almost every baseball fan is aware of the incredible friendship between Correa and Altuve. Both of them have played for almost seven years together for the Houston Astros. Apart from that, they also hold the record of playing most postseason games in MLB history as a pair of second baseman and shortstop.

Apart from their games, Correa and Altuve are known for their friendship. And once again, both of them proved why their friendship is so famous among baseball fans. Recently, the Astros second baseman Jose Altuve went out to the city. Then an employee named Ellie of a Houston-based restaurant saw Altuve in the parking lot and requested him to sign her hat. But Altuve felt deeply regretted when he couldn’t sign her hat. Because none of them had a sharpie with them at that time.
But being a true sportsperson, Altuve promised her that the next day he will bring a sharpie to sign her hat. Responding to that, Ellie sarcastically asked him to bring Correa along with him, too.

Well, Ellie might have said this sarcastically, but the very next day Jose Altuve showed up at the restaurant along with the MLB star Carlos Correa.

Altuve was so keen to meet her fan that he had set a watch alarm to be there during her shift. The Astros’ stars, along with the entire team of the restaurant, clicked a group photo. The restaurant took its Instagram to thank them for their kind gesture.
