Reminding everyone of the same, former athlete, Michael Johnson, penned down some golden words as he gave him a beautiful tribute.

Michael talked about how Bryant continued to build his legacy even after retirement, influencing people to go to the next level and not give up. It is truly a mantra that he followed throughout his career.

Johnson also spoke about how he kept building on his success by remaining down to earth. Be it his playing career, family, or business ventures, Bryant aced it all.

“Two years ago we lost this legend. Kobie Bryant was one of those people who figured out his personal success formula early in life and just kept building on it even after his sports career ended,” Michael tweeted.

The Los Angeles Lakers helped Bryant to skyrocket his career and become a legend of the game. He averaged 25 points with an effective field goal percentage of 48.2 in his career. Those are numbers some players can’t reach in a regular season. But for him to do that for almost two decades, speaks of Kobe’s dedication and commitment to the sport, and his desire to be the best.

Today, Bryant is remembered as a legend of the sport. And no matter what happens, despite all his titles, he will be remembered for his charismatic personality and the never-give-up attitude he showcased on the court.
