Michael Johnson supports Tiger Woods’ statement

Back before Usain Bolt conquered the track and field, Johnson was the dominant force, bagging several medals to his name. Recollecting Woods’ statement, he spoke about how he was inspired by Tiger’s answer to the question.

Responding to the question back in 2000, Woods had said, “My dad has never asked me to go play golf. I ask him. It’s the child’s desire to play that matters, not the parent’s desire to have the child play. Fun. Keep it fun.”
