The legacy of Usain Bolt is just unbelievable. Winning eight gold medals at the Olympics, Bolt won medals for his country for three consecutive Olympics. No man has achieved that feat. Ever since he was young, he was a stunning talent.
While many stories have come out when he was young, four-time Olympic medalist Ato Boldon spoke highly about the sensational Bolt.

Boldon remembered how dominating he was in his earlier days. Ever since he was young, Bolt’s talents did not go to waste as he won many medals in his career at both junior and senior levels. In an interview with Athletics Weekly, he talked about the potential he had.
The sky was the ceiling for Usain Bolt
Boldon talked about his coach Glen Mills, who helped him bridge the gap between his junior season and pro season. He also spoke about seeing Bolt?perform. Back at the 2004 Caribbean Games, he set the World U20 200m record, setting a time of 19.93.
That record was broken last year when Erriyon Knighton broke set a?time?of 19.88. Hence, he is the new kid on the block. But Boldon spoke about how Bolt steadily and slowly became a superstar in the making.
“He had his chain tucked into his mouth and he took the last 100m off. He was looking at girls in the stand and could?ve waved to the crowd, he was so far in front and ran 19.93! Imagine a junior doing that? I?d never seen anybody that tall move their legs that quickly. Of course, he went to the Athens Olympics later on that year and didn?t get through the first round. Then in 2005, he re-emerges, and he?s on the pro circuit,” said Boldon.
From there, the journey to the top was not a straightforward task. Every success story has an inspirational story behind it. Hence, Bolt worked hard and reached a stage where he achieved greatness.
