During the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, two US athletes caught everyone’s attention with their incredible performances; Rai Benjamin and Grant Holloway. Together, they competed at the highest level and won the silver medals for both the 400-meters and 110-meters hurdles competition. Despite being just 24-years-old, they’ve dominated their field for some time. However, seeking inspiration from Usain Bolt and Tyreek Hill, the two youngsters now want to race against each other.

Moreover, Benjamin issued a challenge to Olympic champion Holloway to set up a PPV race for the fans. It looks to be an interesting duel, as both athletes are currently at the top of their game.

Rai Benjamin vs Grant Holloway

After Holloway issued a challenge to Benjamin for a race, he responded with a perfect video to set it up. Rai was seen doing chest exercises in the video he posted, asking Grant to giddy up for the clash.

“Oh, hey there little dude. Captain Chesticles over here. I just want you to know that I accept your challenge. Tell your people to call my people, and let’s set it up Grant Holloway,”?said Benjamin.

Clearly, it is an exciting time to be an athletic fan. Benjamin won the silver medal for the 400-meters competition while setting a time of 46.17 seconds. In addition, he set the second-fastest time in 400-meters history. However, Norway’s Karsten Warholm smashed his own world record of 46.70 as he won the gold medal with a time of 45.94.

On the other hand, Holloway finished with a silver medal in the 110-meters hurdles race, which proved to be a shocking result for him after his success during the 2019 World Championships in Doha. Hence, with one competing in 110 and the other in 400, a 200-meter hurdle race is on the cards.

Sticking to the world of challenges, the steam-rolling Tyreek Hill wants to compete in a sprint race with the legendary Usain Bolt. The wide receiver from the Kansas City Chiefs accepted Bolt’s challenge, guaranteeing himself as the winner. In fact, he even agreed to place his Super Bowl ring on the line, making rather exaggerated claims about it.

He stated that his one Super Bowl ring is equivalent to Bolt’s 30 gold medals. Many athletes, including Rai, have found this to be hilarious claim, as they posted their reactions on Twitter. Nonetheless, a contest between Rai and Grant looks more challenging than the race between Hill and Bolt. Who are you backing for the win?
