However, “Michigan Man” Portnoy hasn’t forgotten how the Big Ten conference dragged the Wolverines through the mud over the controversial issue and has something in mind to get back at them.

Days ago, the Barstool Sports owner mocked the Ohio Buckeyes for suggesting that a man like Connor Stallion is who they need to turn things around. Now, in his latest post on X, Portnoy has lifted the veil to a bold new apparel design to remind Michigan’s rivals of their place.

Portnoy highlights his annoyance with new design

Dave Portnoy has recently lost a large amount of money with several misplaced wagers. Both the Cincinnati Bengals and the Duke Blue Devils have let Portnoy down. Coupled with the Michigan Wolverines’ dire straits, Dave is looking for anything that would help him to vent. With the Wolverines looking to win their third straight Big 10 title, Portnoy has finally found something to underscore his frustration. In his latest post on X, Portnoy has shown glimpses of his new design, taking a jibe at the Big 10 commissioner Tony Petitti.

“Michigan Men will never forget what Tony Petitti snd the rest of the conference tried to do to us cause they can’t beat us.“, wrote the Michigan alum. Still grumbling about the Wolverines’ difficult times, Portnoy’s new design makes a direct attack on the Big 10. The design shows the Michigan mascot relieving itself on the Big 10 logo.

Portnoy also said that he was holding on to the design and wanted to reveal it only after the Wolverines won the conference. But their position at the top is in no immediate threat and they’re looking to cruise through already. “…there is no chance we’re losing so here it is“, proclaimed the New England Patriots fan.

Dave has a plate full of troubling issues

While football is something that is causing Dave serious headaches, other things are also making the Barstool Sports owner jittery. Recently, the sad fate of a 67-year-old manatee came to light and Portnoy demanded immediate action against the Miami Seaquarium. The sea creature has been held in secluded captivity for decades and Portnoy failed to turn a blind eye.
