“Can’t Believe You’re the BIG…” Lindsey Vonn Finds a Unique Way to Wish Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson on His 50th Birthday

There aren’t a lot of friendships out there quite like the friendship Dwayne Johnson and Lindsey Vonn have. The two have been excellent friends for a while now and their bond keeps growing stronger.

Vonn becoming the first ambassador for ‘Project Rock’ might just be the perfect testimony to the duo’s friendship. On the occasion of Dwayne’s birthday, Vonn uploaded a special story to wish him.

Wishing people their birthdays over social media has become the new norm. Seeing celebrities wish each other has become a very exciting source of entertainment for fans. Vonn posted a story on her Instagram to keep up with the norm, wishing happy birthday to her close friend Dwayne Johnson.

The message read “Happy Birthday my friend! Can’t believe you’re the big 5-0!!! Appreciate and respect you. Hope you have a great day of work bc lord knows you won’t be relaxing.”

While many people might argue that he doesn’t look a day over 30, Johnson has now turned 50. The Samoan has donned multiple hats in his career. He has been a WWE star, an actor, an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, and a fitness “guru.”

As a WWE wrestler, his most famous rivalry was with ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin. The two, who are good friends in real life, kept us entertained for many years. After becoming an actor, Dwayne’s most famous role came in the movie franchise ‘Fast and Furious.’ He played the role of Agent Luke Hobbs in it.

Looking at his current physical state, it is impossible to even guess that the WWE legend is now 50.

Vonn and Johnson’s friendship

It all started when Dwayne answered a simple question. He was once asked who he thought could keep up with him in the gym. To everyone’s surprise, Dwayne took Vonn’s name. Upon hearing about it, Lindsey couldn’t believe it herself. But then the two got in touch and became very good friends.

They talk a lot and even exchange voice notes. Vonn also admitted to Dwayne singing happy birthday to her in a voice note. Lindsey has never shied away from speaking of her respect for Johnson. She considers him a mentor and often looks for advice or motivation from him.

The two are often seen training at Dwayne’s gym ‘Iron Paradise.’ Speaking about the same, Vonn said that it is intimidating to be in the gym with him. She said she has told him that if they are going to the gym together, they will do legs because she can’t compete with him on the arms front.
