“Dwayne is a good man, and I’m lucky to call him my friend. At first, I didn’t know if our workout would be a one-time thing. But I think, so far, I’m able to hang,” added Vonn.
The Rock’s bicep workout
Ever wondered how ‘The Rock’ manages to maintain those incredible biceps? His workout says it all. Firstly, he starts with seven reps from the top position of the curl and goes halfway down. This is the hardest phase of a curl as it requires the exercise to be done without using one’s forearms. Secondly, he does seven reps from the bottom with the arms straight in position. The arms go only halfway up to his waist.
