The 39-year-old 82 World Cup win holder has taken to her Instagram to post an adorable video with her tennis comrade. The caption says, “I finally got to ski with my friend Roger… yes, @rogerfederer! Have to take some time to really reflect on what it this means to me”. She further continued, “We’ve been talking about skiing together for such a long time I wasn’t sure if it would happen….Thanks for this memory Rog. You and your family are truly one of a kind”. In the video, the amateur skier but a stellar tennis phenom was seen skiing away, winning hearts. Addressing him as ‘Rog’ explained their closeness without a need for clarification.

The third highest super ranker of all skiers had once revealed the reason for her admiration. “I find it most inspiring, because Roger, when people say he’s too old and he can’t do it anymore, it doesn’t change his attitude at all”. The aforementioned statement made clear the path Vonn follows and who might be behind it. In a recent update, Vonn unfolded an upset story in a podcast with Federer making a cameo.
