The constant presence behind the lens

Mikaela’s parents, Eileen and Jeff were both a stirring factor towards skiing for the youngster. And ever since she set afoot to march on, the duo has always ensured their presence. But most of all, it was Jeff who was there to capture and treasure all the moments for Shiffrin. “A lot of the photographers get like similar shots because they’re all standing in the same area. But he knew when to take the picture when everyone else put their camera down,” she said, states NBC. “He’d keep his up.”
