Following retirement from snow sport, the former winningest female alpine skier, Lindsey Vonn joined a leading British multinational brand. The champion with four overall WC championships also collaborated in 2015 and founded the Lindsey Vonn Foundation with Jaguar Land Rover aiding a noble cause. However, the beef over her earlier purchase garnered much attention questioning her ambassador status.

Now water under the bridge, Vonn continued her commitment announcing the newest edition releases over the years. Just recently, another one of the beasts was dropped which the star athlete unveiled.

Lindsey’s fondness of Land Rover’s is no secret, her cars from the brand also often get clicked by paparazzi. Taking to her Instagram, Vonn shared a collaborated post with @landroverusa, captioned: In the hustle and bustle of Miami Art Week, the Range Rover Sport SV EDITION ONE MIAMI installation was a breath of fresh air.

In frame, the carousel of pictures showed her dressed in a tan jumpsuit with pulled up ponied hair and nude pumps. Her outfit perfectly complimented the newest car with cobalt blue body paint which she launched. Further, the description in the caption called it, the most powerful Range Rover Sport ever in exclusive Maya Blue.

Earlier this year on 18 August, Vonn raised funds from a bid at Utah’s Wild Wild West Gala. She custom made the 2023 Range Rover SE P400 for the annual fundraiser in favorite color, Belgravia Green; honoring her love for the mountains and the beauty of the nature. The Jaguar Land Rover ambassador also appeared at the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship’s tenth round in 2021. With Manhattan in the backdrop, Vonn raced the all-electric Jaguar I-PACE at the event and a year later bought an illegal car for herself!

The ability to customize it to one’s tastes adds a further level of appeal and the same was opted by Vonn when she purchased her modified beast. The alpine skier also showed off her uniquely customized Land Rover Defender made by Osprey Customs in black and orange. But wait, had you harbored nostalgia for a vintage Land Rover Defender, you might be disappointed to hear that the North American Spec (NAS) Defender was abruptly discontinued in 1997.

Further, the Defender ownership remains prohibited by US Customs reported future tech trends last year. Despite the US ban, Vonn never shies away from flaunting her love for majestic cars and Jaguar time and again.
