Iconic actor and Academy-award-winning director Clint Eastwood rang in his 93rd birthday on Wednesday 31st May. Wishes started to pour in for the ‘Unforgiven’ director as he achieves another milestone in his life. Joining forces with Eastwood’s fandom, Arnold Schwarzenegger also took a moment to pen a heartfelt paean for the star.
However, the Austrian Oak’s message for Eastwood not only took all the social media brownie points, but it also left the alpine skiing queen, Lindsey Vonn, in complete awe.

On 31st May, the Terminator took to his Twitter to wish Eastwood a happy birthday. He shared a throwback picture of himself with the former mayor of Carmel-by-the-sea. In the still, both can be seen in their skiing gear in the backdrop of snow-covered Alps.
Along with the bodybuilder’s social media family, the post also caught Vonn’s attention, and she re-shared the tweet to express her unfeigned respect for the Austrian and Eastwood. Addressing both Hollywood’s favorite superstars, Vonn wrote, “2 absolute legends”.
Interestingly, in honor of ‘Gran Torino’ actor, the bodybuilding demigod expressed his earnest gratitude and addressed the contributions that Eastwood made in the entertainment industry through his incredible flair for direction and screenplay.
