2022 Beijing Winter Olympics saw the rise of the ‘next Chloe Kim’ in Eileen Gu. The American-born Chinese athlete won the gold medal in the recently introduced big air freestyle skiing event in the Olympics. Incidentally, Chloe was also a teenager when she won her first Olympic gold at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.
Kim only got better with age, and if history is any sign, Gu is on the same track as Kim. The Olympic champ, Eileen, recently appeared at the Met Gala as several stars and a surprise proposal graced the event.
