Arnold Schwarzenegger is a known face on the big screen. Starting his career with minor roles, the 7x Mr. Olympia Champion slowly but surely rose to fame. From shifting his career from mainstream bodybuilding to acting, Arnie has perfected many roles with ease over the years. Be it his reel or real roles; he played each with perfection.

Even back in 1992, Arnold’s co-star Dyan Cannon vouched for his ‘greatness’. As Arnold graced Oprah Winfrey’s famous talk show to promote his movie, his colleague soon joined in the conversation and shared some interesting facts about Schwarzenegger.

Dyan Cannon was all praises for Arnold

For the unversed, Cannon and Arnold worked together for the famous Hollywood cult-class romantic comedy ‘Christmas in Connecticut.’ While Arnold took the responsibilities as the director, Dyan was the leading actress. Having worked under the direction of Schwarzenegger, the yesteryear actress had a lot to say about him.

Expressing herself, Dyan said, “only he does encompasses the quality of manhood.” Adding more, she said, “He knows and practices sensitivity and vulnerability, and more men should pay attention to that because it’s rare. I think those are the qualities that put together being strong and vulnerable.”

As Dyan spoke her heart, Oprah, too, joined in with her in agreement. Adding more to what Dyan said, the show host pointed out how people, especially the men, only idolize one side of Arnold, and that was masculinity. She added further that Arnie was a versatile man.

Oprah said, but the thing that they are mentoring is the macho, the muscles, all that, and they forget that…” Helping out the show host and friend, Dyan completed her sentence; she said that Arnold knew to strike the balance.
