The 3-time Classic Physique Olympia winner gave his measurements late at night, after 7 pm, and also revealed his schedule for Olympia 2022. Chris Bumstead Gives His Measurements and Shows His Final Workout
The Canadian bodybuilder removed his cap and took height measurements which came up to 6 feet and two inches. After that, Bumstead stood on a weighing scale. His weight was 237.8 pounds. It shows how the bodybuilding legend has managed to keep his weight below 240 pounds. The bodybuilder was calm when his measurements were being taken.
Chris Bumstead further expressed, “I’ve never been eating drinking today.” Continuing, he spoke he might put on 4 or 5 pounds. However, Bumstead was confident of being in good shape and having optimum weight ahead of Olympia 2022.
The bodybuilding champion also displayed his final workout in the hotel gym. “Very late right now, it’s like 11;20, almost 11:30, and in the gym hitting some late-minute biceps.” The Olympia Classic defending champion expressed he was tired and later remarked, “Had a little bit of food, little bit of more water just to rehydrate myself.” It Seems like Bumstead is having a controlled diet ahead of Olympia 2022.

Further, into the video, Bumstead continued with his last workout, exercising his arm muscles and lifting weights. Bumstead’s tremendous dedication to his work is evident in this video.

The bodybuilder talked about the ten press conferences and expressed that meeting and greeting so many people was difficult for him, and he felt completely exhausted after doing so.
