In the old days horses were part of the culture that represent wealth and power. Likewise, equestrian estates were built to represent the status of elegance and luxury. However, slowly these estates enlisted for sale because of owners’ migration to other places or high costs of maintenance, among other reasons.

Due to their space, facilities, and lavish designs, they are impossible to ignore. People who love horses or like the peace in the countryside away from the city are always interested to buy them. Recently, in California, an equestrian estate has been enlisted for sale which is spread over 108 acres of land. The estate has a lot to offer at a whopping price.
