Lou Ferrigno, the bodybuilding icon, was seen working out with his friend and arch-rival, Arnold Schwarzenegger, in a rare video from 2015. Both were having a lot of fun in the video.

Lou Ferrigno and Arnold Schwarzenegger are both bodybuilding legends. Schwarzenegger has won the Mr. Olympia a staggering seven times, while Ferrigno stood second on his first attempt at the Mr. Olympia competition in 1974. After a successful acting career, Ferrigno returned to bodybuilding in the early 1990s, competing for the 1992 and 1993 Mr. Olympia titles.
Bodybuilding legends Ferrigno and Schwarzenegger workout together!
In a video from 2015, bodybuilding legends Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno were seen working out together in a gym. They are very good friends, too! As the video begins, Schwarzenegger can be seen counting Ferrigno’s reps, as he reached 12.
Moving ahead, Ferrigno returned the favor by counting Arnold’s reps of the same exercise. Schwarzenegger did 12 easily and then gets up. Funnily ending the exercise, Schwarzenegger poses, followed by Ferrigno. However, Schwarzenegger looked to be almost as tall as Ferrigno. Ferrigno said, “seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve good. Yeah, but he’s standing on this!”
Otherwise, Ferrigno is much taller than Schwarzenegger. Ferrigno is around 6 and a half feet tall!
Lou Ferrigno and Schwarzenegger are long-time friends!
The two are longtime friends and workout partners. In fact, they even trained each other in the early seventies while preparing for Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competitions. Ferrigno and Schwarzenegger have always been fierce rivals in all competitions that they have participated. They both have had successful careers in bodybuilding while also making a name for themselves in the entertainment industry. In addition to this, Schwarzenegger also has a successful political career.
