The duo discusses a heart-touching story of one of their friends jumping in the grenade just for his brothers. The anecdote portrays the bond of the community and to what extent they can go for their brothers.
Stressing the topic, Luttrell added, “I mean we can love like you can’t believe, but we’ll pick on you”. He further added, “Most of our life is picking on each other, that’s how you know they love you”. Luttrell and Brisby discussed multiple sides of bonding that the community shares. Dale Brisby once in his podcast unveiled a famous rodeo moment that captivated the attention of followers. He shared a clip on his Instagram account that also featured Junior Nogueria. In this video, Brisby asked Nogueira about the year in which he roped with Jo Jo.
To this, Junior recalled the moment and expressed, “I roped with Jake. You know Jake Barnes is my mentor. So, as we were practicing for the NDR in Arizona, a horse fell on Jake.” This incident left a serious brain injury and Jake was unable to compete. After this, Jo Jo Lemond had to step into the role of Barnes. However, the story took a turn when both of them placed in eight rounds and had a chance of winning the golden buckle.

Junior shared, “If he just stops the clock, then I’d be the World Champion that day”. However, things turned out differently and Junior, despite having the greatest chance to take the easier path, opted for real cowboy spirit.
