With nearly 230,000 followers and 25 million likes, Ally Batenhorst is among the most popular college volleyball players on TikTok. However, now that the USC alum’s college career has come to an end, she is ready to begin the next chapter as a volleyball pro. And what better way to bring your pro volleyball career than to reunite with your old teammates?

After joining the Omaha Supernovas in the second round of the 2024 PVF draft, Batenhorst now stands reunited with Lindsay Krause. Krause joined her former teammate after the Supernovas picked her in the third round, and now the duo are practicing together to make their pro volleyball debut. However, they still found some time to participate in a viral TikTok trend.

The outside hitter posted a video featuring Krause, where the duo resorted to some shenanigans with Naughty Bo’s La La La ft. Sam Smith, as their backing track. The 2013 song has blown up on the app, with people posting dance videos to the track. So the 22-year-old hopped on the trend with Krause. The duo expressed just how excited they were to be reunited again.

The duo resorted to some goofy dance moves as they struggled to take things seriously. “Vibes bc pro volleyball season in the US starts today,” Ally Batenhorst captioned the TikTok video. “Lindsay Krause and I are teammates AGAIN!” the outside hitter also added to the caption. Krause seemed equally excited to be reunited with the former Husker’s teammate.

However, the duo weren’t the only ones happy to be practicing together again. Huskers icon Lexi Rodriguez, who became Nebraska’s all-time digs leader in 2024, also commented. “My favs,” wrote the Libero, happy to see her friends reunited in the pro volleyball scene. And while Lexi Rodriguez will play in a different league, Batenhorst and Krause aren’t the only Huskers in the Omaha Supernovas roster.

The 2025 Omaha Supernovas roster is packed with former Huskers

As defending PVF champions, the Omaha Supernovas went hunting for some of the best talents in the nation. Besides Ally Batenhorst and Lindsay Krause, they picked Pittsburgh’s Valeria Vazquez Gomez and Cregihtoon’s Kendra Wait. However, with the addition of Batenhorst and Krause, no other has contributed more to the Supernovas’ roster than the Nebraska Huskers.

The pair of outside hitters are two of the five former Huskers who’ll play for Omaha in 2025. Middle blockers, Kayla Caffey, Kaitlyn Hord, and Briana Holman, have all played for the Huskers during their college careers before joining the PVF team. However, with that said, the 15-woman roster will kick off their 2025 season on January 10 when they host the Atlanta Vibe.

Coincidentally, Ally Batenhorst and Lindsay Krause will share their debut with another former Husker, Merritt Beason. The Atlanta Vibe picked Beason as the overall #1 pick of the 2024 PVF draft. However, unlike old times, this time Batenhorst and Krause will play against Beason. The first-year pro will also play against her USC best friend Mia Tuaniga, who joined the Atlanta Vibe as the 27th overall draft pick. It’s safe to say that the former Huskers’ debut match has all the ingredients to be an exciting clash.
