According to the star, the most crucial step was to put the right team together. Since they launched the brand during the pandemic, it was more difficult for her to cope up.
?I think the biggest thing in launching Saysh has been the team. We launched during a pandemic, and it?s really challenging and dealing with factories and shutdowns and COVID,? said the Olympic star.

She revealed that everyone in the team connected really well and had the same motive, to create something new and different.
?”We?re really mission-driven and so having people who want to do this and are proud to stand behind the work,? said Felix.
?I feel like we have a lot of momentum right now. It is a lot of work as well. And a lot to come also,? she added.
Felix fought for fair pay for female athletes and inspired people to stand up for their rights. Leaving the well-known show brand, Nike, on accounts of discrimination, she led from the front.

?It?s a place of real equality. And as I think about these different topics and issues that I?m pushing, that?s the motivation because I don?t want her to have the same fights that we?ve been having for far too long and so I would love for her to grow up having no limits and really understanding that,? said Felix.
