Commit to the process: Johnson
Johnson shared some valuable advice regarding goals and resolutions for the new year. Fans appreciated these tips, considering it comes from a legend.
One important piece of advice he shared is, “Commit to the process, not just the goal”. This means that when we set a goal, we must be equally dedicated to the process as well.
Additionally, Johnson shared that sometimes we may fall short of what we actually dreamt of achieving, but that does not mean we give up. We must hold ourselves accountable, but that the same time, be kind to ourselves as well.
For those 2022 goals and resolutions 1) commit to the process, not just the goal, 2) hold yourself accountable BUT, be kind to yourself when you fall short (these can coexist), 3) a little win is better than no win at all. Good luck!
