Breaking records like anything, high school was when the world understood the greatness of Wilson. And with multiple records to his name, like the indoor and outdoor 400m for U-18, he looks to expand upon that. When asked what his current decision is, the 17-year-old replies. “I’m in my junior year right now, so I’m still deciding.”

But Quincy Wilson has mentioned what he ideally expects from his future college. Quincy is someone who wants to take education and his track and field ventures hand in hand.

Quincy Wilson’s key priorities for choosing a college

Quincy mentions the importance of a coach. He mentions, “I’m looking for a coach who can coach me, a great academic program, a great athletic program, and a team I can bond with.” Wilson mentions that he wants to make the same kind of bonds in college as in high school. And being part of one of the nation’s premier schools, that’s no surprise.

Wilson also mentions the importance of a good academic program. He wants to be part of a program that is not solely focused on the athletics part but rather the academics part as well.
