Radamel Falcao
Bringing in Falcao from Monaco on a loan deal was perhaps the most shocking move of the entire transfer market. There were no speculations of Falcao joining united but ‘lady luck’ struck good for united and a loan move was agreed by the prolific 28 year Colombian.
Daley Blind
The move had been already agreed by both the parties (AJAX-UNITED) but the Dutch star was officially unveiled by the club on transfer deadline day. Blind is believed to have completed his move at around £14m and has penned a four year deal with an option to extending it by 12 months.
OUTS
Javier Hernandez (Real Madrid)
Javier was already facing axe under LVG and wasn’t happy at the club due to lack of first team opportunities and hence the departure was imminent. Chicharito has completed a loan move to Real Madrid with an option of a permanent switch at the end of the season.
Danny Welbeck (Arsenal)
Danny Welbeck departure was amusing but not as much as that of Falcao. The 23 year old was forced into finding a new club for himself after the arrival of Radamel as he would have lack of playing time. Many clubs were interested in him but he choose a switch to Arsenal above all. The united misfit striker sealed a £16m permanent move at the emirates stadium.
