Ronda Rousey is a crossover star. ‘The Rowdy One’ achieved tremendous success in the UFC Octagon. Likewise, she dominated her run inside the WWE ring. And even in Hollywood, she had a tremendous start. Furious 7 was one of her initial projects where she starred alongside Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, and others.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight about her experience on the sets of Furious 7 as only her second Hollywood project, she talked about how surreal it was for her. When asked that, even though she missed the opportunity to work with Paul Walker, how was the atmosphere on the set? She said, “I was only filming while he was with us.”

Rousey added, “The atmosphere was – it’s very cheery and family like and everyone was there to help each other. They were passionate about the project. They just wanted to do well”

“He was a joy to be around and you could tell that everybody was just – they weren’t all there for themselves, they were there for each other. And I was happy that I got to be one of the last people to witness that,” concluded the UFC Hall of Famer.

Michelle Rodriguez, against whom she performed her action sequence, surprised Ronda Rousey with her willingness to make a scene look real. Thus, Rousey praised her and the other stunt artists.

Ronda Rousey wanted a buddy cop movie with Gina Carano

The former Strikeforce and UFC women’s bantamweight champion once showed an interest in working with her idol, MMA pioneer Gina Carano.

Though Rousey has recently called out ‘Conviction’ for a fight inside the Octagon, they share a very respectful bond.

Rousey once answered a fan’s question, who wanted to see her in a buddy cop movie alongside ‘The Mandalorian’ famed Carano.

‘Ronda Rowdy’ replied to them and said, “lol that would be friggin fabulous!”

Both Rousey and Carano have been gone from the MMA scene for quite some time. However, they both remain top names among MMA fanatics for their wonderful work in their fighting days.
