While discussing, Rogan asked Coleman about his adjustments with everybody else. Basically, Rogan wanted to know, how Coleman managed to handle the competition with others, who were also dreaming of getting bigger.
To which Coleman replied, “No, it was that thing. We need. I was trying to distance myself from everybody else. So I kept getting bigger and bigger. So nobody would catch up with me and what I block people on and stand there. You see me big up there like that, but, you know, it took a long time for me to get there, but I didn’t happen overnight. I put on about five pound of muscle between 5 and 10 pounds of muscle a year.”
Next, Coleman even talked about how this came from heavy lifting and a ‘lot of eating.’
