The Bellator vs PFL event is finally taking place this weekend. The event will be headlined by heavyweight champions from both Bellator and PFL. A major factor that is set for the PFL x Bellator event is that the winner will defend their title against former UFC heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou.
Francis Ngannou has now shown interest in making a return to MMA given the outcome of the fight between the two heavyweight Juggernauts Ryan Bader and Renan Ferreira. But given that Ngannou still has a boxing match against Anthony Joshua on March 8, how will it all play out for the two champions?

Former UFC heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou, is by far one of the most dangerous individuals on the planet. Despite his calm personality and voice, the fighter from Cameroon has dynamite in his hands. His MMA knockout highlights and his boxing match against arguably the greatest heavyweight boxer of the current generation, Tyson Fury, cemented that fact.

He is set to have a boxing match against former boxing world champion, Anthony Joshua, on the 8th of March, after a close decision loss against Tyson Fury last year. However, despite this, the heavyweight knockout artist has shown interest in returning to MMA in recent times.
The champions vs. champions event that is set to take place this weekend has put excitement for the former UFC champion. During an ESPN interview, Ngannou showed interest in fighting against the winner of the Bader vs. Ferreira. Ngannou on his return stated, “Both are champions, and then they’re gonna be champ-champ so I think there wasn’t a better way to find a opponent for me.”

Fan reactions for Bader vs. Ferreira faceoff
With Bellator announcing that Ngannou has agreed to go against the winner of the Ferreira vs Bader match, fans had their own predictions on who would win. However, the general consensus was that the winner of the match wouldn’t be winning so much as setting up for a potential knockout against Ngannou. Here are some of the comments from the post that Bellator MMA uploaded in Twitter.
A fan had a sarcastic remark about the winner of the fight having to face Francis Ngannou.
