Recently, Hollywood star and WWE icon, Dwayne Johnson had an interesting exchange with UFC contender – Francis Ngannou.

During a live Q&A—by Dwayne Johnson—on Instagram, Francis Ngannou named ‘The Rock’ as his inspiration and asked the Hollywood star to train with him. To which Johnson responded by saying:

“Francis Ngannou, let me tell you something, brother – you ain’t ready for me,” Johnson joked. “I respect and love this guy so much. He is one of the top heavyweights in MMA, and in the world, and he is a dominant beast of a man. I can’t wait to see him fight again.”

3 title fights announced for May 9th

With a body that looks like it has been carved out of stone, Ngannou is one of the most intimidating athletes in the UFC. To add to this, the ‘Predator’ possesses brutal power in his hands that can knock anybody out. His fighting style is the most watchable in the UFC, and it seems like ‘the Rock’ is a fan of Ngannou as well.

“I’ve been following your career, Francis, so thank you for saying that, saying that I was your inspiration…I wish you nothing but the best. I hear really cool things about you, and I look forward to seeing you and seeing you fight again.” Johnson added.

The UFC reportedly looks to swing back in action in May and Ngannou might make it on that card. Should the stars align, Ngannou will face Jairzinho Rozenstruik in a heavyweight showdown?
