Coming into the much-awaited contest against Anderson Silva in 2019, Israel Adesanya had already grabbed some attention working out in public.
Prior to his UFC 234 fight, Adesanya gave one of the most entertaining open workout sessions. He came on with some music and brought out a few dance moves which continued for a while. He continued showing off a few moves throughout the session.
The crowd watching his workout brought out a cheer when he imitated a few WWE superstars including the likes of The Rock.

Currently, Adesanya is set up against Yoel Romero in what will be his first fight of the year. With less than a week to go for the fight, we might or might not witness fancy workout sessions but the fight could well see some fancy moves.

Adesanya vs Romero doesn’t seem to be an ideal matchup and it did seem strange when the Adesanya was the one who called out for the fight. However, Adesanya seems prepared when he said that he always plans for stuff and doesn’t make hurried decisions.

“You guys don’t understand how much I planned this sh*t,” Adesanya told MMA Fighting. “I planned it, me and my coach from the jump. I’m glad I wasn’t 23 with all this money, all this fame.
“Now I’m 30. I’m smart. I know exactly who I am and I’m still learning about myself but I’m not a young, dumb, full of c*m kid, who makes f*cked up decisions. I’m smart about the way I move. I’m smart about the way I conduct myself outside the Octagon, like who I associate myself with. I’ve taken the right precautions to make sure I’m just not another statistic.”
