The UFC had booked a fight between Beneil Dariush and Charles Oliveira for UFC on Fight Island 4. However; the Brazilian pulled out citing personal reasons. Consequently, Dariush was left without a fight. Therefore, he utilized the time by visiting the orphanage he has opened in Haiti.
In a recent interview with MyMMANews, Dariush opened up on the missionary work that he has been carrying out silently. It was six months ago that Dariush had started an orphanage in Haiti. This was around the same time that he had earned a ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus at UFC 248.
