UFC president Dana White has revealed some very exciting news for us fight fans. White confirmed that UFC events are back and running after securing locations for upcoming fights. The UFC president confirmed that the location that will be used for UFC 249 has been locked up for 2 months and confirmed an island will be used for international UFC cards.

“I’m going to continue to pump fights out”-Dana White
“So this place, where the fight’s going to be on April 18th I have locked up for 2 months. So I’m going to continue to pump fights out. I have also secured an island, the infrastructure is being built right now and we are going to do all our international fights on this island. When we do this fight on April 18th, international and local we are going to start cranking them. The UFC will be back up and running, Internationally and in the United States”

White has managed to pull off a miracle yet again. UFC 249 went through several obstacles, from Khabib Nurmagomedov pulling out of the fight to various location issues. However, the good news is with 2 locations secured fight fans will have something to look forward to every week.
The fight card for UFC 249 was announced earlier today and the event is stacked with major names. Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaetjhe will be headlining the fight, with Jessica Andrade and Rose Namajunas as the co-main event for UFC 249.
Dana White has not mentioned the specific location, due to the response he received from the media. But despite the hate and negativity, the UFC president has managed to pull a trick out of his bag yet again.
