Dana White calls Paulo Costa out for his disruptive behavior after the main event of UFC 248.
Paulo Costa was asked to leave the arena on grounds of his behavior. Dana White was in no way alright with this. In the post-fight press conference, he talks about this. He says,” He was losing his F#*king mind, and it scares people.” Dana White is a top-flight promoter and doesn’t expect this at his events. Dana also spoke about Walid for riling up the fighters and causing this reaction.
In between Dana White’s press conference, we could hear Paulo passing comments. He still seemed furious and couldn’t keep it down. He (Paulo Costa) said,” I will erase Adesanya.” Dana White didn’t want any of his fighters getting arrested and so has them escorted out of the ring area and had them taken care of at the back.

Paulo really needed to get it together. This fight was made to be one of the most spectacular ones in the middleweight division and it sure didn’t live up to it. Yoel Romero and Israel Adesanya put on a rather disappointing show and Paulo’s frustration was clear. And Paulo clearly didn’t get what he came out there for.
Paulo Costa was supposed to take on Adesanya for the title but had to pull out due to a bicep injury. Paulo Costa was livid post this main event. He was escorted out due to the frustration he let out through his actions. He later sat down for an interview in the T-Mobile Arena for an interview post-UFC 248.

In this interview, Paulo Costa said, “Horrible fight”. He went on to add, “It was a shame to watch that fight. Adesanya is nothing. Adesanya is the most shameful champion I have seen ever. He just runs. He’s nothing. He doesn’t deserve talk about him, but that fight was shameful.” “I will make him cry,” he continued. “I will hit him very badly and he will cry like a baby.”
