What Did Dustin Poirier’s Wife Say to Conor McGregor After His UFC 264 Defeat?

The epic trilogy fights between Dustin Poirier, and Conor McGregor are surely one of the most action-packed events in MMA history. In addition to bringing action, Conor McGregor never ceases to bring in two things in the fight. Huge paychecks and a lot of trash talk.

‘The Notorious’ is infamous for his trash-talking skills. From unforgettable quotes such as ‘red panty night’ to the absolute destruction of Jeremy Stephens with just one line saying, “Who the **** is that guy?”, McGregor has said it all. One thing that is consistent with McGregor is his ability to trash talk and then back it up.

However, this wasn’t the case with Dustin Poirier’s wife, Jolie Poirier.

What did Dustin Poirier’s wife say to McGregor?

Prior to the third matchup, Conor alleged Jolie of sliding in his DMs. Which Dustin claimed to be fake numerous times.

McGregor was obviously planning to defeat Dustin, but the plan didn’t go his way. ‘Notorious’ lost the match due to a nasty leg injury suffered at the end of the first round.

After his defeat, while lying on the octagon, Joe Rogan interviewed McGregor. The former two-division champ said, “Your wife is in my DMs. Hey baby, hit me back up on chat later on. We’ll be at the after-party, the Wynn nightclub, baby. You’re looking fit, you little h*e. F*** him,”

This didn’t sit right with a lot of fans. Consequently, Jolie was seen showing a middle finger to the injured Irishman saying nothing.

Prior to the UFC 264 match, McGregor tweeted some very controversial stuff about Jolie. Dustin posted a photo of him and his wife at the press conference. To which Connor replied by sharing a screen recording of his phone showcasing Jolie’s DM.

He captioned the video, “As real as it gets. #shelyintoyoubro #thatswifey #properirishanimal”

Most of the UFC fighters and fans criticized McGregor for the same.
