A few days ago, Joe Rogan let his followers know that he will take part in the yearly tradition of ‘Sober October’. However, Rogan said that abstaining from alcohol, among other things, might not be the easiest thing to do given the circumstances in the country. In his post, the actor and podcaster shared a picture that had points against the drug that you end up doing. Shaffir made it clear that the post was sarcastic. He also requested Instagram not to take it down.

Rogan’s support for the Sober October challenge has garnered mixed reviews from his audience and viewers.
A few of them lauded Rogan for his effort. They claimed that his campaign will inspire others to go clean for at least a month. Then there were those who declined to take the challenge. The major reason for the same is the unusual circumstances stemming in the US with the Presidential elections, social turmoil, and COVID-19.

All in all, the fans have taken Rogan’s challenge with a grain of salt and by keeping in mind their own experiences in mind. On the other hand, Joe did what he felt was the correct thing to do in the present circumstances.
