Khabib Nurmagomedov took a sly dig at Henry Cejudo, making fun of the ‘’champ-champ’’ for carrying his belts. Nurmagomedov and Cejudo were seen joking around during the second Annual Dominance MMA day. Khabib will defend his belt against Tony Ferguson but with the recent outbreak the dates have been postponed.

Speaking during the media scrum, Khabib Nurmagomedov said

‘’You know what’s interesting? This is not even my belt, this is Cejudo’s. I don’t even know where my belt is. People always ask me where’s your belt. Why do I need a belt I’m here, the belt doesn’t make me look good, I make the belt look good. But Cejudo’s two belts make him look good’’

“I Don’t Want to Hang The Lightweight Division”- Khabib Nurmagomedov

Speaking about Henry Cejudo vs Jose Aldo, Marlon Moraes said

“I think it’s a smart decision,” Moraes said at a recent Dominance MMA media day. “Henry, it’s his position, he’s the champion, he won two belts, he gave up the flyweight division, and he picks a good fight. Good opponent for him. Aldo’s a legend, and we’ll see what happens, but I think he was smart. He took a good fight for him.”

Cejudo has received a lot of criticism for choosing an opponent who’s coming of a loss.  Despite the hate, Aldo is still a good choice given the pedigree of the fighter. With UFC 250 packed with interesting match-ups, this is surely one to look out for.
