After almost seven years of a pure showdown, Bethe Correia will step inside the UFC cage for one last dance in December this year. While there was a major turmoil regarding her MMA future, Correia has revealed her upcoming plans via social media.
The Brazilian veteran was reportedly having a tainted relationship with UFC administrators, and media reports suggested a possible move to some other promotion. However, Correia still has a lot of respect for the UFC, as she plans to mark her farewell there.

Bethe Correia will fight for one last time in the UFC
The 37-year-old MMA sensation turned to Instagram and broke the news of her departure from the MMA universe. She posted an image of herself holding the UFC contract and clarified the entire scenario in the caption.
As she bills her upcoming fight to be the last one, ‘Pitbull’ Correia also revealed the reason for this big decision. According to Correia, only a fighter and their allies know when to stop.
That said, Correia might have received the signal from herself and her training partners, as she calls it a day. She will conclude the year by putting a quell on her glittery MMA career. However, her last fight can still prove to be a memorable one for the fight fans.
Since Correia and Yanan Wu are being slated to go against each other, it will be an important contest for both of them.

Yanan is currently 2-1 in UFC and desperately needs a win to sustain herself in the promotion. That said, a win against Bethe Correia will validate her run.
Meanwhile, Correia (11-5) will also want to end her UFC journey on a winning note. She lost her last fight against Pannie Kianzad on July 25 and will possibly give it all inside the UFC cage next.
