On his widely popular JRE podcast, Rogan talked about a variety of topics with the Houston comedian Ali Siddiq. During their candid chat, Rogan informed Siddiq that Shaq has transformed his body.

He said, “Have you seen Shaq, lately? He looks great… I saw him on the internet, yesterday, and he looks f**king great. He’s got a six-pack. Shaq has lost a sh*t load of weight. He looks great. He’s got a six-pack.”

Siddiq wondered about O’Neal‘s age. Rogan informed Shaq is 50. Siddiq, 48, suggested even he needs to get in shape.

Later, Rogan searched for the pics of Shaq with six-packs and added, “He changed his diet, stopped eating bullsh*t, works out every day… he’s like, trimmed his body down. He looks good.”

Also, Rogan offered he read about Shaq in an article. He said, “It had all the images of him looking. So, he quit eating sandwiches and quit eating bullsh*t, and so they had all these images of him working out. He lost a sh*tload of weight.”

Earlier, in an interview with Men’s Journal, Shaq talked about changing his diet regime, which resulted in his transformation. Furthermore, the reason for him aiming to get his fitness back was an Instagram video of a 70-year-old person with a ripped body.
