Tattoos are now considered a fashion statement by the majority of individuals. Combat sports athletes are no exception in this sense. However, fighters often have significant secrets hidden behind the ink on their bodies. Most fans would agree that MMA fighters put the entirety of their bodies on the line every time they step inside the cage. Hence, it’s quite evident that it takes something remarkable to shape a person into a fighter. UFC athletes also need to endure numerous painful and rough situations while they are on the run to make it to the top. As a result, they frequently obtain tattoos to commemorate their unrevealed experiences and feelings.
The former UFC lightweight kingpin, Charles Oliveira, also boasts a collection of attractive inkworks on his body. However, they also have their own significance, apart from their attractive looks. Most fans may have spotted Oliveira’s tattoos during his octagon outings. But a large chunk of them are probably unaware of the expression that ‘Du Bronx’ wants to portray through them. So let’s dive a bit deeper to learn more about the significance of a few praiseworthy tattoos on his body.
