WrestleMania 38 premiered on Saturday night and gave some crazy entertainment and insane fights to the fans. Fans and fighters from across combat sports enjoyed the Day 1 of the event that will conclude on Sunday night. Even UFC fighters like Daniel Cormier, Henry Cejudo and journalist Ariel Helwani were fully engrossed in the fights.

“Stone Cold” Steve Austin returned to the WWE and made it a memorable night for the fans.

Former UFC champion Ronda Rousey fought with Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown women’s championship. She lost the fight but her former colleague Daniel Cormier believed she was defeated unfairly.

In an angry tweet, Cormier showed his support to Rousey.

Meanwhile, former UFC double champion Henry Cejudo was awestruck with the athleticism and fighting ability of Rey Mysterio after such a long career.

Iconic UFC journalist Ariel Helwani attended the live event in Texas and hailed ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin. Remarkably, Austin fought his first full fight inside WWE after over 19 years.

Jake Paul reacts to his brother Logan Paul’s win at WrestleMania 38

Former YouTuber turned professional boxer Logan Paul also appeared at WrestleMania 38 and secured an emphatic tag-team win over Rey and Dominik Mysterio. He partnered with The Miz in the fight.

His brother, Jake Paul, also tweeted his reaction to the fight and shared his feelings.

Some UFC fans’ reaction to ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin’s return at WrestleMania 38

Apart from fighters, many UFC fans also reacted to the WWE pay-per-view event. Since there was no UFC this weekend, fans turned to their television screens to watch WrestleMania instead.

And it did not disappoint them, as Stone Cold Steve Austin’s appearance made it a treat for long-time wrestling fans. Austin is one of the most iconic characters in the history of WWE and has fans across UFC too.

UFC 273 on April 9, 2022

A weekend without UFC is a dull weekend for die-hard MMA fans. WrestleMania 38 may have acted as a filler for some fans, but many still await the comeback of UFC.

They won’t have to wait long as this month’s first pay-per-view event is premiering soon. UFC has booked April 9 for the UFC 273 event and it is expected to be a great success.

UFC 273 will take place at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida, United States, and has a stacked fight card.

The main card has two championship bouts, in the featherweight and the bantamweight division.

Alexander Volkanovski will defend his featherweight belt against Chan Sung Jung in the main event. Whereas champ Aljamain Sterling and interim champ Petr Yan will be the co-main for a title unification battle in the bantamweight division.

Apart from this, another much-awaited fight between Khamzat Chimaev and Gilbert Burns is on the April 9 event.
