WWE is home to some of the most creative minds with larger-than-life characters. It is totally different from what the UFC has to offer. However, certain things can always be a part of both worlds, which includes the entrances before fights. As such, Israel Adesanya pulled off one of the most memorable entrances ever witnessed in the world’s biggest MMA promotion.

The two-time UFC champion replicated The Undertaker’s walkout with remarkable precision. This involved donning the ‘Deadman’s iconic hat and carrying an urn, which bore the name of Cannonier as he briskly made his way towards the octagon at UFC 276. Moreover, the iconic theme resounded in the background, adding to the spectacle of the occasion. Vince McMahon and Triple H witnessed that to see how WWE has inspired so many people over the years. But why did Adesanya choose The Undertaker’s theme song? Let’s see what he had to say.

The Undertaker’s theme “just works” for ‘The Last Stylebender’

After pulling off such an impressive entrance, people would obviously want to ask Israel Adesanya why he chose to walk out to the WWE Hall of Famer’s theme song. Some thought that the champion’s decision came about due to the presence of McMahon and Triple H at the event. However, that was not the case. Adesanya said, “The theme for me, I am an artist, it just works. I did not plan on Vince and Triple H and then being here.”
