Joe Rogan is known for being a podcaster with one of the world’s most extensive outreach. This made him one of 2022 Time’s 100 most influential people in the world. However, this polymath was once known for hosting ‘Fear Factor‘. It was a reality TV show that engaged the participants to face the most daring challenges.

One very captivating episode was when a contestant had to retrieve a skull next to an alligator in an underwater cave. The participant came back out of the water without the skull as the fear got the better of her. Her husband was her teammate in this competition.
He kept yelling at her, saying, “You’re gonna make us lose.”
Further, another contestant kept taunting her. She finally gave up saying she couldn’t do it.
Joe Rogan: The Miz ends the confrontation
As the trial ended for the losing couple, the lady then punched the contestant who mocked her. Rogan, who was the host, was quick to address the action. He said, “Hey, what are you doing? You can’t assault people.”
Her husband stepped in to confront Rogan and pulled on his shirt. The UFC commentator, being a trained martial artist since a young age, effectively tried to defend himself.
Before things got any worse, The Miz, a WWE wrestler, broke the fight. He said to a confessional camera, “After yelling at his wife the entire time, he’s sticking up for her”. He continued to say, “And all of a sudden, he started pulling his shirt. And I was like, ‘Alright, I gotta break this up coz Joe is gonna kill him. And way to go still, my partner’s crying!”

The Miz went in between them right on time and the confrontation took an abrupt end to everyone’s relief.
Rogan after Fear Factor
Rogan hosted the original series of ‘Fear Factor’. However, after the show ended, he paid more attention to his comedy career. Regardless, the show has been an important part of his diverse career.
