Back in April, the merger of two of the biggest professional sports companies, UFC and WWE, left fans with their jaws on the floor. Just after WWE’s annual Wrestlemania, news of Endeavor, UFC’s parent company acquiring WWE surfaced. The resulting amalgamate was valued at $21.4 Billion. The majority of the fans had a positive and exciting response to this.
Are the UFC and WWE combining into a common event? Are there going to be crossovers? Do we see UFC stars in the WWE ring? Questions like this are still in fans’ minds. Recently, UFC President Dana White appeared in an interview with Forbes where he discussed the future of this merger.

According to the UFC boss, the MMA promotion will run under his familiar leadership style while WWE will maintain its own established business practices.
“I am gonna do what I always do. I am gonna continue to run this business the way that I always have. They will continue to run their business the way they always have. And obviously, I and Endeavor are going to add a lot of value over there in the sponsorship and licensing side and wherever else it might be.”

Going further, Dana White said something that raised the level of excitement for both UFC and WWE fans. Envisioning the future, White hinted at the possibility of WWE and UFC hosting a common event. With a playful touch, he even added a sport as random as bull riding into the mix.
“When we roll in the cities, you could have a city that wants UFC, WWE, and you could do bull riding that same weekend. When you look at the parent company (Endeavor) and all the things we are creating and building inside the parent company. This thing is going to turn into a sports juggernaut.”
