Joe Rogan is a popular American stand-up comedian, the UFC color commentator, and also the former “Fear Factor” host. Apart from all the aforementioned things, he also hosts a popular podcast, named the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’. In an episode of the podcast, Rogan was joined by Iliza Shlesinger. The two comedians went on to talk about Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s cheat meals.

The female comedian thinks that his meals are not “indulgent” while the “Fear Factor” host disagrees. They do a thorough analysis of the Rock’s Instagram page to find out who’s right.

Dwayne Johnson has “Costco sushi” according to Iliza Shlesinger

Dwayne Johnson is a famous Hollywood star, known for his towering figure. The former WWE wrestler makes frequent visits to the gym in order to ensure that he keeps looking like a muscular mountain.

The Rock posts his cheat meals on Instagram regularly. Iliza Shlesinger shared on the JRE that these cheat meals do not convince her.

The American actress shares “His cheat day meals really bother me.” claiming that “they are not indulgent”

Joe Rogan immediately states, “They’re insane…” creating a conflict in their opinions.

The JRE host says, “He has like giant pancakes and cookies…”

Iliza explains her concern about the Rock’s pancakes, stating “It’s never like buttermilk and whipped cream.” and imitates the Rock. “It’s like: protein, coconut, pineapple with… like flavonoid peanut butter and then, Teremana tequila” talking about his cheat meals.

Iliza also expresses her opinion towards the sushi he consumes, calling it “Costco sushi.”

The female comedian calls Dwayne Johnson out on his diet and claims that she’s not seeing the “Full caloric blast”

The podcast host disagrees with her statement looking at the Instagram video “Oh, it’s pretty f****** caloric”

Joe Rogan questions her beliefs and pulls up Dwayne Johnson’s Instagram account to verify her statements.

While looking at a pancake video, the podcast host claims it looks pretty indulgent to him. Rogan asks her, “You think it’s like some sugar-free maple syrup…?” Shlesinger responds “I think they’re keto pancakes, Sugar-free agave-tinted nectar and creatine powder mixed in with nuts.” and claims they are 

The “Fear Factor” host thinks they look normal, saying, “Maybe it’s just in your head. Maybe you need to let it go.”
