Ronda Rousey pregnant and still ready to fight—Is she the toughest athlete out there?

Ronda Rousey is on a roll as she continues to send shockwaves through the world of martial arts with multiple announcements. After revealing the gender of her unborn child on social media, the former UFC champion garnered quite a bit of well-wishes from the entire fighting community. But that wasn’t the only picture she shared with a baby bump.

On the 29th of July, Rousey took to Instagram and posted a picture of herself with a baby bump. It was indeed an image that seemed to be generated by artificial intelligence. But the emotions it generated were full of action. If you follow ‘Rowdy’ closely, then you know that she has often talked about her new graphic novel, ‘Expecting The Unexpected’ with Kickstarter. And the picture that she shared was, in fact, a poster for the same, which would be available for free with physical purchase.

Giving a little bit of insight into the graphic novel, she wrote, “Opposite of superhuman “Mom” is super humanized in the romantic comedy martial art adventure where she and her baby daddy “Hapa” are trying to navigate the perils of pregnancy in a hostile world that’s literally out to kill them.” The UFC Hall of Famer has been writing the story for 5 years now, and with a new book added to her resume of creative writing, her excitement seemed to know no bounds.

Ronda Rousey ignites the fighting community with graphic novel announcement

‘Rowdy’ has established herself as one of the strongest female entities in both UFC and WWE. Entering the Hall of Fame for both of the promotions further solidified her status as a powerful fighter. And that didn’t decrease with her motherhood. One fan took note and commented, “Ronda said “I’m pregnant but I’ll still whoop yo a**”

Some of the fans connected the pregnant Rousey with ‘super mom,’ referring to the character from her graphic novel. A comment read, “Super mom a bada××s woman on the history Ronda Rousey.” Meanwhile, another fan had a wishful thought. “I wish I had the baddest mother on the planet”

Nevertheless, the wishes for her second child kept on coming. Coincidentally, she was pregnant while announcing the release of the action-packed romantic comedy. One fan commented, “Congratulations on having a second baby, Mrs Browne. A girl.” Another fan added, “Congratulations, I wish you have a another healthy baby.” One more fan wrote, “I hate AI but congrats RONDA”

Needless to say, the excitement to read the graphic novel was palpable. However, not everyone seemed to be supportive. One fan wrote, “When this fails, who will she try to shift the blame to this time?” Another comment went like, “Lmfaooo who you blaming for being broke?”

A few others bashed the former UFC champ, claiming that she was not relevant anymore. “No one cares about you anymore! Stop whining n trying to be relevant,” read the comment. To add to the former fighter’s pain, some fans even questioned her advertisements. Being a millionaire with $14 million net worth, asking the fans to buy her book was something that a few fans did not like. One account wrote, “Crazy a millionaire is asking fans to fund a project”
