He further added “But this idea, I’m trying to enjoy it. But I’ve got to tell you, and I want to know about you too. Early on in my career, it was the grind that we loved and sank our teeth into it, but I wasn’t having fun. But man, that time when I switched in my mind, like exactly what you’re saying, let me enjoy this now.”

In response, Rogan concurred with Johnson and recounted an incident when he secured a development deal with Disney. Rogan elaborated that in his mid-20s, Disney extended a multi-thousand-dollar deal to him. He shared that, all of a sudden, after a lifetime of financial struggles, he found himself with money, experiencing a sense of newfound wealth. He further added a statement that might have enraged the Combat community a little bit. Rogan stated “Get to a place where you not worried about bills”
