Dwayne Johnson has won the hearts of fight fans. The WWE star went above and beyond for a struggling MMA fighter in a kind gesture that impressed many. UFC fighter Themba Gorimbo is a struggling fighter who is trying hard to make ends meet. He captured the attention of the MMA community by revealing his bank balance was just $7 before winning UFC Vegas 73. He also revealed that it was only because of the free meals he received from the UFC that kept him away from starvation.

‘The Rock,’ who had promised to help Gorimbo, made sure that he surprised the UFC fighter by visiting him in person. ‘The Answer’ was beyond thrilled to meet the Hollywood superstar at his MMA master’s gym in Florida. Later, he gifted the UFC star with a brand new house in Miami after realizing that Gorimbo sleeps in his gym. Johnson’s kind gesture won the hearts of many, including UFC legend Jon Jones.

When Jones came across the post, he tweeted, “Yo @TheRock Bro getting that MMA fighter a brand new house was the most heartwarming thing I’ve seen all year. Just became an even bigger fan.” ‘Bones’, who was already a fan of the ‘Expendables 4’ star, was beyond happy to watch him do great things to help a UFC fighter. He also admitted that he is now a bigger fan of the Hollywood A-lister.

This is not the only show of support that ‘The Rock’ has done recently. He helped out struggling professionals from his own sphere of work with another grand gesture.

Dwayne Johnson has proven on several occasions that he has a big heart. A few days ago, ‘The Rock’ surprised his fans by donating a whopping seven-figure amount to SAG-AFTRA. The foundation lends a helping hand to poor actors who struggle to put food on their tables. One of the wealthiest celebrities out there, Johnson made sure that he used some of it to help those in need.

When SAG-AFTRA’s executive director, Cyd Wilson, talked about the donation in an interview with Variety, he revealed that ‘The Rock’ helped to change the life of many. The money received from the Hollywood star was the highest donation the organization has received from an individual. This kind act by ‘The Rock’ was able to save thousands of actors from poverty. The executive director also revealed that Johnson voluntarily came forward to help the struggling actors with a lot of enthusiasm.
