Being asked about his ultimate ambitions by the host John Rondi, Danis had a somewhat lengthy exposition concerning the doubt. He explained, “MMA world champion, you know. And just being the best, being the best version of myself, I think at this point. I think getting older, you start to learn that your legacy is who you are. So, I mean as a person I am growing so much with age and I just want yeah to accomplish everything I set out for.”

This was not enough since the former BJJ world champion had something else to say. “I feel like regrets are so bad, but I am trying to right all my wrongs you know, so yeah for sure be the best version for myself and just keep doing what I do. I feel like I know what I bring to the sport and I feel like I make it exciting no matter if you love or hate me like at least you are talking about me,” said Danis.
