After Lauding Him, Israel Adesanya Reveals an Important Lesson He Learned From PSG Star Achraf Hakimi: “You Think You Deserve…”

PSG star Achraf Hakimi and the news of his divorce have been a hot topic of discussion. The 24-year-old’s move to register his properties under his mother’s name, which ultimately prevented him from losing it during his divorce settlements, had earned him massive support from fans worldwide. Even UFC middleweight champ Israel Adesanya and former heavyweight champ Francis Ngannou had earlier tweeted in support of the soccer star.

A few days later, Adesanya once again has come up with a different take on the developments surrounding Hakimi. Posting an image of the soccer star and his now estranged wife, the UFC champ claimed that just like Hakimi, he too has his assets protected while also taking a dig at the PSG star’s wife.

Israel Adesanya claims to find the Achraf Hakimi news relatable

The 33-year-old, via his Instagram story, claimed to have found Hakimi’s story very relatable. He went on to express his disgust at individuals who tried to claim their spouse’s hard-earned money during divorce settlements. Surprisingly, Adesanya also pointed out that just like the soccer star, his assets were also well protected,

Interestingly, referring to news of Hakimi receiving half of his wife’s fortune, ‘The Last Stylebender’ even stated that he’d have done the same too; serving as some sort of lesson or a reminder for the future.

“Very relatable…Imagine being so fu*ken entitled that you think you deserve what a man has worked his whole life for. When you came into his life with nothing and tried to leave with millions. But like Achraf Hakimi, my assets are protected. I woulda taken half her sh*t too, but I don’t want half of NOTHING,” said his Instagram story.

Adesanya had earlier tweeted in support of the soccer star

A few days back when the news first broke, the middleweight champ had sent out a cryptic message on his Twitter profile. A chess piece and a heart emoji seemed to have been a show of support for the soccer star’s move.

Apart from Adesanya, former UFC heavyweight champ, Francis Ngannou was also someone who openly backed Hakimi. Calling his move a “master class“, ‘The Predator’ tweeted his support for the PSG star. He wrote, “Master class. The one and only Achraf Hakimi.”

Achraf Hakimi has no doubt received massive support from fans and even reputed personalities over this news. As of now, there are no official updates on the proceedings between Hakimi and his wife; but for UFC fans, Adesanya’s support and his latest statement on this must have surely come as an interesting surprise.
