Before parting ways with the UFC, Ngannou was one of the most feared fighters in the division. His lethal power and his elite striking made it tough for his opponents to line him up. However, this will be ‘The Predator’s’ first MMA encounter in nearly two years. As the Cameroonian native prepares to become the PFL’s new heavyweight king, he has a massive challenge ahead of him in ‘Problema.’ The Brazilian is a rare mixture of power and speed inside the Octagon and can cause a lot of trouble for the former UFC champion.
Former UFC champion Michael Bisping recently took to his YouTube channel to discuss the fight. ‘The Count’ has always been a massive fan of the former champion. However, he did take the time to point out the problems he could face in his next fight. While Ngannou’s long MMA sabbatical can be a bit of a disadvantage, Bisping knows how he can counter this threat.
According to him, Ngannou should use his wrestling skills, which he has been working on for a long time. He said, “Reality is both men have the ability to turn each other’s light out. But I think the easiest path to victory here for Francis Ngannou of course, will be to utilize the wrestling ability that he’s been working on. However, that would have been neglected when he was getting ready for those two boxing fights. So will it still be there will it still be a show will he be able to take down Rennan Ferreira? Well, we’re not going to know until the fight.”

Before parting ways with the UFC, Ngannou was scheduled to take on Jon Jones in a highly exciting heavyweight clash. Unfortunately for the fans, the fight never happened. However, ‘Problema’ feels he is better than the UFC champion. During his conversation, he said, “Of course, I think I’m more dangerous for him. And because of my hand, the power that I bring to the fight, the power that I bring to my hand. “And of course, I’m a tougher fight than Jon Jones.” Renan Ferreira is one of the finest talents in the MMA circuit, but whether he is better than Jon Jones will always be a question of debate. Francis Ngannou is aware of the threats of his next opponent and has massive respect for the Brazilian juggernaut.
However, he is desperate to win his fight and become a heavyweight top dog once again, but this time, under the wings of a different promotion. Will Ngannou be able to pull this off? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
