Recently, the Irishman came out and wrote a tweet endorsing the newly crowned PFL featherweight champion, Brendan Loughnane.

Conor McGregor urges the UFC to sign the PFL champion

The former UFC champion took to Twitter and wrote to the UFC, endorsing the English fighter. McGregor gave the UFC legitimate reasons why they should sign the featherweight.

Meanwhile, he also congratulated the fighter for winning the PFL championship.

‘The Notorious’ wrote, “UFC, sign Brendan Loughnane. Exciting fighter. A back story with the company. And of the European side. A money in the bank uk/Europe signing. Congrats on the win @BrendanMMA.” 

Is the PFL champion also beefing with a UFC fighter?

The PFL featherweight champion was also recently called out by UFC featherweight, Charles Rosa. Rosa was being dismissive about the legitimacy of the fighter’s skill because of the organization he was competing in. However, he wasn’t happy that the Brit was being paid 10x more than what he gets.

The UFC fighter wrote on Twitter, “How would you feel after 10 years of blood sweat, and tears working at a place and the guy in the company next to you who isn’t as good as your is getting paid 10x more? Be real…”

Meanwhile, In response to this, the champion came out and said, “You are one salty little bi**h. I have no idea who you are. I had to Google you and realized you’re the one that my boy @TheProspectMMA punched around the cage. Crawl back under the rock u punchbag.”
