UFC middleweight Paulo Costa‘s Twitter feed is something out of the world. The 31-year-old often interacts with his fans on the micro-blogging site, and owing to his unique sense of humor, his followers also appear to enjoy the banter that he brings to the table.

Speaking of banter, the Brazilian loves taking a jibe at his fellow fighters once in a while; and one individual who he’s been quite consistent in calling out is number three ranked welterweight Khamzat Chimaev. The duo already have a history with each other and Chimaev himself has been quite active in calling out Costa recently. Responding to this, ‘Borrachinha’, in an attempt to insult ‘Borz’, shared a joke on Twitter, which pretty much summed up his fascinating sense of humor.

Costa, while sharing a side-by-side comparison of him and Chimaev, wrote: “Facts is not Haram.”

By facts, what the Brazilian meant was the hilarious points mentioned in the image that he posted. While he dubbed himself “Chad,” the post directed insulting remarks at Chimaev, calling him a “Slap head” and even poked fun at his physique by comparing him to Michael Phelps. “Not jacked at all has Michael Phelps body type,” read the image.

Phelps, who is considered one of the greatest swimmers of all time, has a tall and lean frame during his competitive years, and Costa was probably attempting to point that out. This tweet almost sums up the type of trolling that the Brazilian tends to do on Twitter. Also, considering the rivalry between him and Chimaev, chances are there will be more back and forth between the two fighters moving ahead.

The beef between Costa and Chimaev

The enmity between the two boiled up last year ahead of UFC 279 when the two fighters had a heated altercation in the UFC performance institute. As per reports, they went off verbally on each other while others present there tried to separate them.

Following that and a few Twitter exchanges, the feud seems to have been revived once again after rumors of a fight between the two started circulating online. Costa’s latest jibe at the Chechen was also a part of the drama that ensued after the Chimaev called him a coward on Twitter.
